Here are a few reminders and important things to consider before booking, everything else will be outlined in your contract/waiver signed upon booking.

Reminders:

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required, which will be applied towards your booking. Additionally, all bookings necessitate a $100 refundable damage deposit, payable before the event setup. This deposit will be refunded upon pickup provided that all requirements are met.
The delivery fee is determined based on the distance from zip code 38801. To calculate the fee, multiply the number of miles beyond a 10-mile radius by $0.66.
Please note that sharp objects, pets, food/drink, face paint, confetti/streamers, any liquids, shoes, high heels, and other items outlined in your contract/waiver are prohibited.
The final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

Is a soft play rental safe?

Soft play is a versatile play area suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings, comprised of foam-based play equipment that Rayko Events sets up directly in your home or private event space. Designed with toddlers in mind, our soft play equipment is crafted from gentle, soft materials to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Rayko Events take pride in creating a secure and hygienic soft play environment tailored for children up to 5 years old, allowing them to engage in playful activities with confidence and comfort.

How do I book?

The simplest method to reserve your special day with us is by clicking on the "Booking" tab located on our homepage and completing the inquiry form. Once submitted, we will promptly respond via email to confirm and secure your desired date. In the event you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at raykoevents@gmail.com. Weather

Do you set up outdoors?

Yes! As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. We do ask that you keep the equipment in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing.

What if it rains?

To prioritize the safety of the children, we do not set up our equipment outdoors if rain is forecasted. We kindly request that you designate an indoor area as a backup in case of inclement weather on the day of your event. Please note that deposits are non-refundable for weather-related cancellations. However, you may use your deposit as credit for a future date. This credit is valid for a full year from your event date, and we will work with you to rebook based on availability in our schedule.

Please be aware that once Rayko Events has completed the full setup of all equipment and your event has commenced as scheduled, a refund will not be issued. Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are pleased to offer multiple convenient payment options for your convenience. Currently, we accept payments via Paypal invoicing, Zelle, and Apple Cash. Additionally, all major credit and debit cards are accepted, and please note that a PayPal account is not required to make payments.
We strive to make the payment process as seamless as possible for our clients, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish. If you have any questions or need assistance with payment, please don't hesitate to reach out.

How much is the deposit amount?

Our retainer/deposit fee is $75, which secures your date and reserves our equipment for your event. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your balance. The full balance is due two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date. Please note that dates will not be reserved until the retainer fee/deposit is paid.
It's important to understand that discussing interest in booking does not reserve the date. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, determined by payment of the retainer fee. Do you offer a payment plan?

Fees

How does the delivery work, is there a fee?

We aim to ensure a seamless setup process for your event by arriving 1-2 hours prior to the start time. If there are any restrictions, such as stairs or limited parking, that may potentially delay the setup process, please inform us in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements. Please note that there is a delivery fee for rentals located outside of a 10-mile radius from our storage unit in 38801. Your cooperation and communication are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide you with the best service possible. Do you offer any special pricing for bundling items?

Changes & Cancellations

Can we make changes to our rental?

Certainly! We kindly request that you finalize your selection at least 3 business days prior to your event to allow us ample time to plan accordingly on our end. Your timely confirmation ensures that we can make all necessary arrangements to guarantee a smooth and successful event for you and your guests. What if I need to cancel?

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible at raykoevents@gmail.com. If you do not receive a response via email regarding your cancellation within 24 hours, please feel free to call or text us at (662) 350-0332. Your satisfaction and convenience are important to us, and we appreciate your prompt communication in the event of a cancellation. Miscellaneous

Do you offer additional time?

We indeed offer the option to extend the rental duration of our equipment. The cost per extra hour of equipment rental is $50 if requested at least 2 business days prior to the date of your event. However, if additional time is requested on the DAY OF the event, the fee increases to $75 per extra hour. We aim to accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your event. Are your rentals available for pick up?

Apologies for the oversight. To clarify, we do not offer a pick-up service for our soft play equipment. Instead, we provide a convenient delivery and set-up service to ensure a hassle-free experience for our clients. Do you have any rules?

Absolutely! Our main rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants:

No Shoes: To maintain cleanliness and prevent damage to the soft play equipment, we kindly request that all participants remove their shoes before entering the play area.
No Food or Drinks: For the safety of all guests and to preserve the integrity of the equipment, we ask that no food or drinks be brought into the soft play area.
No Sharp Objects: To prevent accidents and damage to the equipment, please refrain from bringing any sharp objects into the play area.
No Water/Pool Play Near the Soft Play: To avoid any potential hazards and ensure the longevity of the equipment, water or pool play is prohibited near the soft play area.

Additional rules will be outlined in your rental agreement and prominently displayed at the entrance of the rental venue.
