Do you offer additional time?
We indeed offer the option to extend the rental duration of our equipment. The cost per extra hour of equipment rental is $50 if requested at least 2 business days prior to the date of your event. However, if additional time is requested on the DAY OF the event, the fee increases to $75 per extra hour. We aim to accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for your event. Are your rentals available for pick up?
Apologies for the oversight. To clarify, we do not offer a pick-up service for our soft play equipment. Instead, we provide a convenient delivery and set-up service to ensure a hassle-free experience for our clients. Do you have any rules?
Absolutely! Our main rules ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants:
No Shoes: To maintain cleanliness and prevent damage to the soft play equipment, we kindly request that all participants remove their shoes before entering the play area.
No Food or Drinks: For the safety of all guests and to preserve the integrity of the equipment, we ask that no food or drinks be brought into the soft play area.
No Sharp Objects: To prevent accidents and damage to the equipment, please refrain from bringing any sharp objects into the play area.
No Water/Pool Play Near the Soft Play: To avoid any potential hazards and ensure the longevity of the equipment, water or pool play is prohibited near the soft play area.
Additional rules will be outlined in your rental agreement and prominently displayed at the entrance of the rental venue.
